One of the challenges and potential barriers to using social media in the NHS (and many organisations) is convincing the organisation that it is a good idea, valuable for work and not as risky as they might imagine. The good news is that there is plenty of supportive and helpful advice out there that can encourage our organisations to welcome the use of social media for work.
